In-Campus Accommodation for Parents/Guardians
The Institute offers accommodation facilities at the Visitors' Hostel (VH) on campus. However, the number of rooms available is limited. Parents/Guardians of students who wish to visit the campus before 01 August 2026 may send their request for Visitors' Hostel accommodation to vh@iiitdmj.ac.in.
Please note: Visitors' Hostel accommodation will not be available during the physical reporting and document verification process of newly admitted students.
- Detailed instructions for students admitted through CCMT/Direct Admission will be posted shortly.
- Details regarding hostel allotment will be posted shortly.
Documents Required for Document Verification
Students are required to bring the following documents in original along with one set of photocopies during the document verification process:

Candidates from Maharashtra State must submit the Caste Validity Certificate issued by the competent authority. |

Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a doctor not below the rank of Senior Medical Officer, in the prescribed format or CCMT format |

Anti-Ragging Declaration submitted through www.antiragging.in. Students should download and bring a copy of the declaration. Kindly fill in the declaration after receiving the Institute Roll Number. |
