Reporting and deposition of the Balance Fee by the admitted candidates of all rounds physically at the Finally Allotted Institute -
Friday, 12 August 2022 and also prepare for the stay in the institute hostel. Your classes will be start from
August 16, 2022 (Tuesday)
List of Documents required at the time of Admission :
1. Allotted Institute Admission Letter
2. Payment of Balance fee receipt.
3. GATE/CEED score card in original.
4. High School/Secondary School certificate of the Board University specifying the date of birth.
5. Grade/Mark Sheets of qualifying degree examination for all semesters.
6. Degree/ Provisional Certificate.
7. Migration Certificate, Conduct Certificate and Transfer Certificate (Original copy) from last Institute University attended.
8. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD), if applicable
9. A caste certificate for SC, ST, OBC, EWS community issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format as
stipulated by Government of India.
10. If SC/ST below 2 Lakh, then submit Income certificate.
11. Passport size coloured photograph.
12. Medical fitness Certificate from the doctor, not below the rank of Senior Medical Officer in prescribed format.
13.Anti-Ragging Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs. 50/- by the student & Anti-Ragging Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs. 50/- by the
Parents/Guardians. prescribed format.
14. No objection certificate or a relieving certificate from your employer in case you are currently employed.
15. Copy of Aadhaar card as proof of address.
