Important Date

Date for Physical Reporting : AUGUST 16-18, 2023 (10:00am to 05:00pm)

Date of Orientation : AUGUST 19, 2023

Date of start of Classes : AUGUST 21, 2023

The reporting of the students admitted through JoSAA/CSAB/UCEED/DASA/SII counselling will be held in Offline Mode during AUGUST 16-18, 2023. The newly admitted candidates are required to appear for physical reporting at IIITDMJ campus along with the following documents:

1. The students have to come prepare for attending the classes and stay in campus.

2. The seat acceptance letter and provisional seat allotment letter. or offer letter for B.Des Candidates.

3. Class 10th marksheet & certificate (original)

4. Class 12th marksheet & certificate (original)

5. JEE Main/ UCEED score card

6. Transfer, Character & Migration certificate (original)

7. Certificate of category (OBC-NCL/SC/ST/EWS) if applicable.
(i) OBC-NCL & EWS certificate must be issued after 01.04.2023.
(ii) Candidates of Maharashtra state are required to submit“Caste Validity Certificate” along with the Caste certificate

8. Certificate for Person with disabilities (PwD) if applicable, issued by the competent authority.

9. 5 Passport size photographs (front facing)

10. Receipt of balance fee payment.

11. Copy of Aadhar Card

12. Original copy of Medical Fitness Certificate (as uploaded on JoSAA website). For candidates admitted through UCEED & DASA, the medical certificate is required is this format Click format.

13. Anti-Ragging Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.50/- by the student & & Anti-Ragging Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs. 50/- by the Parents/Guardians in the prescribed format.
