Accommodation details of Convocation 2017 Attendees

Dear Friends,

I am pleased to inform you that the 9th Convocation 2017 is scheduled to be held on 16th August 2017. All Awardees who wish to attend Convocation Ceremony are requested to submit form in the link given below:

You have to fill up the above mentioned form on or before July 21, 2017.

All Parents of the Degree Awardees are invited for the convocation to be held on 16th August, 2017.

All Degree Awardees must attend the rehearsal to be held on 15th August, 2017 at 2:00 PM.

Following are the important instructions for convocation 2017:

a) Convocation fee of Rs. 1000 will be deducted from caution money deposit and balance money will be refundable to all awardee, however all awardee attending convocation ceremony have to register for rehearsal on Aug. 15, 2017 between 10:00am - 01:00pm mandatorily. Rehearsal will start from 1:00 pm at L103.

b) Awardees can be accompanied by their parents/sibling (maximum two) in the convocation. One room (Non A/c) will be allotted to each student along with accompanying person for two days only August 15-16, 2017. If Awardee want better accommodation then they can make their arrangement under intimation to the Institute on or before July 21, 2017.

c) No dues is compulsory for getting degree. In case student have not clear the dues, kindly clear them before July 21, 2017 so that students name can be included in the list of degree recipient.
