Note: 1. Failure to pay the seat acceptance fee by the deadline will lead to cancellation of the provisionally allotted seat and the candidate will not be considered for the seat allocation in the subsequent rounds.

2. All candidates having a provisionally allocated seat in the NIT+ system and having paid Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) are also required to pay the Partial Admission Fee (PAF) online from their JoSAA portal during 19 Oct – 21 Oct 2022 (17:00 Hrs). Non-payment of the PAF within the stipulated time will lead to cancellation of the allocated seat.

The reporting of the students admitted through JoSAA/CSAB/UCEED counselling will be held in Offline Mode during November 04 to 09, 2022. The candidates who are admitted to the Institute are required to submit the following documents at the time of Physical reporting. The classes will start from November 10, 2022. The students have to come prepare for attending the classes and stay in campus.

Documents required to be produced:
1. The downloaded Document Verification-cum-Seat Acceptance letter issued by the VC in charge and the latest Provisional Seat allotment letter.

2. Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth and name (in case of any mismatch an affidavit is to be uploaded along with the X certificate).

3. Class XII Mark sheet and Certificate

4. JEE Main/UCEED Score Card

5. Transfer, Character & Migration certificate in Original.

6. Certificate of category (OBC/SC/ST/EWS), if applicable, issued by the competent authority. (OBC/EWS certificate must be issued on or after April 1, 2022, as per the format on the JoSAA website).

7. Candidates of Maharashtra State needs to submit the caste validity certificate issued by the competent authority or the declaration form available on JoSAA website.

8. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PWD), if applicable. It must be issued by a medical board as per the Government rules.

9. Good quality passport photograph (front facing).

10. Receipt for balance fees payment link is given in next page.

11. Copy of Adhar Card.

12. Original medical certificate of fitness as uploaded on the JoSAA website or in given format.

13. Anti-Ragging Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs. 50/- by the student & Anti-Ragging Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs. 50/- by the Parents/Guardians in the prescribed format.

All Students are required to fill the Online reporting form on or before Physical reporting. Before filling the google form, you have to pay the balance fee through online mode using link given below. It is mandatory to fill this google form on or before last date of physical Reporting November 09, 2022, and upload required document for registration for semester I, 2022-23 and confirm the allotted seat.

Physical Reporting is must for all students on given date

Note: Please note that parents will not be allowed to stay in the Hostels along with their wards. Parents are requested to arrange their accommodation in advance in various hotels available at Jabalpur
