Pritee Khanna is a Professor at PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, INDIA. She is also holding the responsibilities of Chairperson, Placement Cell, and Chairperson, Women Cell there. She received her Ph.D. degree from Kurukshetra University, India in 2004. Prof. Pritee Khanna has expertise in image processing, computer vision and machine learning. She is currently working on machine learning and deep learning based applications for computer vision mainly in the area of biometrics and biomedical image processing. She is a recipient of the UGC Fellowship, India, and Long Term JSPS Fellowship, Japan. She is a senior member of the IEEE Computer Society and a life member of IAENG. She is serving as Associate Editor, SN Computer Science, Springer. She has published more than hundred papers in reputed journals and conference proceedings. Four of these papers awarded in the conferences of repute. She has successfully executed several funded research projects using applications of machine learning and has deployed the embedded devices as the project outcomes. She has organized various conferences and workshops at IIITDM Jabalpur. She also served as guest editor for journals like Pattern Recognition Letters, ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing, Communications, and Applications, Multimedia Tools and Processing, and Mobile Information Systems.
Isao Echizen

Isao Echizen received B.S., M.S., and D.E. degrees from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, in 1995, 1997, and 2003, respectively. He joined Hitachi, Ltd. in 1997 and until 2007 was a research engineer in the company's systems development laboratory. He is currently a director and a professor of the Information and Society Research Division, the National Institute of Informatics (NII), a director of the Global Research Centre for Synthetic Media, the NII, a professor in the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, The University of Tokyo, a deputy dean in the School of Multidisciplinary Sciences, The Graduate University For Advanced Studies (SOKENDAI), and a professor in the Department of Informatics, School of Multidisciplinary Sciences, SOKENDAI, Japan. He was a visiting professor at the Tsuda University, Japan, at the University of Freiburg, Germany, and at the University of Halle-Wittenberg, Germany.
He is currently engaged in research on multimedia security and multimedia forensics. He currently serves as a research director in CREST FakeMedia project, Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). He received the Best Paper Award from the IPSJ in 2005 and 2014, the Fujio Frontier Award and the Image Electronics Technology Award in 2010, the One of the Best Papers Award from the Information Security and Privacy Conference in 2011, the IPSJ Nagao Special Researcher Award in 2011, the DOCOMO Mobile Science Award in 2014, the Information Security Cultural Award in 2016, and the IEEE Workshop on Information Forensics and Security Best Paper Award in 2017. He was a member of the Information Forensics and Security Technical Committee of the IEEE Signal Processing Society. He is the Japanese representative on IFIP TC11 (Security and Privacy Protection in Information Processing Systems), a member-at-large of board-of-governors of APSIPA, and an editorial board member of the IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing and the EURASIP Journal on Image and Video processing.
Harkeerat Kaur

Harkeerat Kaur is faculty in CSE discipline at Indian Institute of Technology Jammu, India. She is currently pursuing post-doctoral fellowship at National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo, Japan. She obtained her Ph.D. and MTech degrees from PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, INDIA. She is an enthusiastic researcher in the field of data privacy. In line with her interest, she has also received project fundings from various agencies like DST-Inspire, C3I hub IIT Kanpur, and DST-JSPS funding for Indo-Japan joint research project. Driven by the same fervour, she has made publications in top conferences like IEEE SMC, AINA, and journals like IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics, Future Generation Computer Systems, Pattern Recognition Letters, etc. Her other research interests include smart data, location privacy, computer vision, biometrics, self-sovereign identities, and reinforcement learning.
