Signal and Image Processing Lab is mentored by Dr. Anil Kumar, Dr. Varun Bajaj, Dr. Irshad Ahmad Ansari, Dr. Amit Vishwakarma, and Prof. Sanjeev Narayan Sharma. This lab is a part of the Discipline of Electronics and Communication Engineering, PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur (INDIA) and is involved in fundamental and applied research in the fields of Biomedical Signal and Image Processing, Digital Filter Design, Multirate Signal Processing, Signal/Image Processing, Data Compression, Speech Signal Processing. We have facilitated the research environment and advance tools to our Doctorate, Master's and Undergraduate's students in the field of Signal/Image Processing and Applied Research. The Signal and Image Processing Lab has been founded at PDPM Indian Institute of Information technology, Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur (IIITDMJ) in the fall of the year 2014 and since then it has grown to a quality research and education centre. Since past years, 6 Ph.D., 24 M.Tech, and more than 50 B.Tech students have successfully completed their research work for the award of Degree. Currently, 9 Ph.D., 5 M.Tech and 15 UG students carry their research work at this Lab for the award of respective degree in upcoming graduating years. This lab is focused also for interdisciplinary research in field of engineering and science for different signal and image processing algorithms and applications. Therefore, collaboration also established with other research area of faculty from different discipline of Institute and across the country. We always welcome you for fruitful collaboration to develop efficient algorithms and system in different signal and image processing research areas.
