Microwave & Communication

The Microwave Communication Lab comes under the supervision of a group of faculties who have expertise in various fields such as Antennas, Filters, RF circuits, dielectric resonator antennas, computational electromagnetics, meta-materials, EBG structures, Microwave absorbers, nano-photonics, Plasmonics, Cognitive radio and various aspects of Digital communication. This lab is a part of the Discipline of Electronics and Communication Engineering, PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur (INDIA) and is involved in fundamental and applied research in the fields of Microwave & Communication. We have facilitated the research environment and advanced tools to our Doctorate, Master's and Undergraduate's students in the fields of Electromagnetics related Applications in microwaves and THz frequency regime. The Microwave and Communication lab has been founded at PDPM Indian Institute of Information technology, Design and Manufacturing Jabalpur (IIITDMJ) in the year 2012 and since then it has grown to a quality research and education centre. We have LPKF laser prototyping machine and photolithography setup for fabrication of planar structure and for measurement purpose we have E 5071C vector network analyzer, anechoic chamber, radiation pattern measurement setup. Over the past 7 years, 8 Ph.D., more than 30 M.Tech students have successfully completed their research work for the award of Degree. Currently, 15 Ph.D. and 6 M.Tech students carrying their research work at Microwave & Communication Lab for the award of respective degree in upcoming graduating years. We always welcome you for fruitful collaboration to develop effective solutions and innovative ideas in different Microwave and Communication research areas.
