Registration Rules
The conference will be organized in virtual mode, i.e., online. The registration fee details are given below.

• Registration fee details for online mode of participation  

• The fee particulars mentioned above are inclusive of GST.
• 20% discount is applicable to IEEE and IETE members.
• A single registration will cover only a single paper and additional paper will be registered at a discounted rate of INR 500 and USD 50 for Indian and foreign authors, respectively.

3. Registration Fee can be paid through only Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT/Wire). Use following details for payment of registration fee using electronic transfer. Input Transactions Remark as: "YourLastName_PaperID" during Wire transfer/NEFT of registration fees. Please make sure that correct amount as per your category, Number of accepted papers and discount(if applicable any) is transferred and if there is any transaction charge, it is paid by the registrant.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Registration fees
1. All participants must pay the registration fee. One author registration will cover the publication expenses of single accepted paper: for each additional accepted paper, associated to the same registration, an INR500/USD $50 (whichever is applicable) will be charged. If no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
   Please note that you must provide your current IEEE/IETE Member number in order to receive IEEE/IETE Member Rates.

   2. Cancellation Policy
   Registration fee is not refundable. Once registered, cancellation is not permitted.


3. 3. Liability
   The Organizing Committee reserve the right to amend any part of the Conference programme if necessary at any time.
   CAPS will not accept any liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events.
   In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, CAPS accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
   Delegates should make their own arrangements for participation in online events and paper presentation.
