The contractor shall submit attested copies of registration, details of turnover during the last 3 years, list of works completed along with certificate of satisfactory completion while applying for issue of tender document. The earnest money shall be furnished in form of any recognized bank demand draft in favor of the Registrar PDPM IIITDM payable at Jabalpur and shall be enclosed in a separate envelop.

 

Application for tender document shall be received upto 1700 hrs on 16.02.2012.

 

Tender documents shall be issued from 20.02.2012 to 24.02.2012 upto 1600 hrs. Tender document can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500/- in shape of demand draft/Bank Challan.

Sealed quotations are hereby invited by the Director on behalf of the Board of Governors, PDPMIIITDM Jabalpur from approved and eligible contractors for the work mentioned below. The quotations will be received up to dt.13-10-2011 at 3:00 P.M. which will be opened on same day at 4:00 P.M

The Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least 3 similar works each of value 40% of the estimated cost OR 2 (Two) works of 50% estimated cost OR 1 (one) work of 80% of the estimated cost in last five year. The contractor shall submit attested copies of registration, details of turnover during the last 3 years, list of works completed along with certificate of satisfactory completion, while applying for issue of tender document. The earnest money shall be furnished in form of deposit at call receipt of any recognized bank in favour of the Director PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur and shall be enclosed in a separate envelop. Tender will be received upto 15:00 hrs on 03.10.2011 and will be opened at 16:00 hrs on the same day. Tender documents can be obtained on written application from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500/- in cash upto 17:00 hrs 27.09.2011 to 29.09.2011. Application for tender document shall be received upto 17:00 hrs on 26.09.2011.
