Workshop Introduction

The availability of various parallel computers has created a number of challenges to solve large-scale scientific, engineering and commercial applications. For example: How should parallel computers be programmed? How can the quality of parallel algorithms be analyzed? How can the tools and libraries be used to extract performance? etc. Use New Optimized Tools for Better Performance, Powerful Data AnalysisGet the answers you need today. Crunch more data, faster than ever, with the Intel® Data Analytics Acceleration Library (Intel® DAAL).

  • Increase developer productivity with an easy to incorporate analytics acceleration library.
  • Analyze big data faster to shorten the time between research and results.
  • Create software that harnesses the power of the fastest Intel® processors.

Now, 2017 version of Intel Parallel Studio XE is supported with Python* programming language. It is an open source programming language with increasing adoption by developers across many application domains with a large ecosystem of available free packages. Intel® Distribution for Python* delivers performance optimizations of these packages accelerated with the Intel® Math Kernel Library (Intel® MKL) on Intel® architecture, with an easy, out-of-the-box installation experience.
