Registration Policy

• Each registration includes tea/coffee with snacks during breaks, lunch, and dinner during conference days.
• Each registration also includes one Banquet Ticket, a Cultural Evening Ticket, and a half day City Tour. Extra Banquet Ticket / City Tour will each cost INR 1000 / USD 50.
• Registration fee does not include accommodation charges.
• Identity proof is required, and must be produced at the conference.
• Student rates are applicable only for full time student registered in academic institutions.
• For accepted papers at least one author should register at early-bird registration rate (August 1, 2018) in order to have the paper(s) included in the proceedings.
• For authors who are common to more than one accepted paper, one early bird registration (regular/student) will cover up to 2 papers. After this INR 2000 / USD 100 will be applicable for each additional presentation. Other authors of such papers who will be attending the conference must register separately under student/non-student rates as applicable.
• Every accepted paper must be presented by one of the authors in person for its publication in the proceedings.
• Non-payment of appropriate registration fee by authors on or before the mentioned deadline will result in withdrawal of the corresponding paper from publication in the proceedings.
• Kindly note that the registration will be considered complete only after we receive the payment. Please mention Transaction Number/Reference Number while filling up the registration form. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered participants. A receipt stating the registration amount will be provided to the participants during the conference.
• 25% refund may be possible if you write us before September 20, 2018. Any request after September 20, 2018 will not be entertained.
• The additional page charge is INR 1000 ⁄ $ 25 per extra page (upto a maximum of 2 pages) over 12 pages. Charges for additional pages have to be paid on or before September 29, 2018.

Accommodation Information:

• Limited numbers of rooms are available in the Institute Visitors’ Hostel (VH) which can be availed on payment and first-cum, first-served basis. Based on the availability, VH accommodation may be provided on twin-sharing basis. The VH accommodation rate is Rs 1000/day for Double Occupancy and Rs 800/day for Single Occupancy.
• Limited numbers of guest rooms are available in the Institute students Hostels. Based on the availability, the guest room accommodation may be provided on twin-sharing basis. The guest room charges are Rs. 200 per day per person.
